SOMA360HEALTH helps busy professionals move from stress and survival mode to sustainable health, calm and high performance through movement, naturopathic nutrition, nervous system regulation and lifestyle coaching.

At SOMA360 Health, we take a holistic approach to wellbeing, recognising that true health extends beyond physical fitness alone. We support individuals in developing their physical, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual health, understanding that each area plays a vital role in overall wellbeing and performance. Our Training Approach

At Soma360Health, our training approach is designed to support both physical fitness and mental wellbeing. We focus on a balanced combination of strength training, functional movement, dance fitness, mobility work, and low-impact cardiovascular exercise to help reduce stress, improve energy levels, build lean muscle, and develop long-term strength. Rather than promoting extreme workouts, unrealistic body standards, or toxic gym culture, we create a supportive and inclusive environment where people can move, grow, and feel good in their bodies without pressure or comparison. Our sessions are designed to leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and refreshed, not exhausted or intimidated. Through resistance training, circuit-based workouts, dance-inspired fitness, stretching, and mindful movement, we help clients build muscle, improve cardiovascular health, increase mobility, release tension, boost mood, and develop a healthier response to everyday stress. At Soma360Health, we believe fitness should be empowering, enjoyable, and sustainable focused on health, strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing rather than chasing perfection.
